Canopy Workshop and Guided Wellness Walk

Description: Join Canopy for a discussion on the physical, mental, and community health benefits of the Mountain View urban forest. Participants will enjoy a half-hour interactive presentation, followed by their choice of a guided wellness tour amongst the nearby trees of the Mountain View Senior Center and Rengstorff Park or a live question-and-answer session with a local certified arborist. All participants will learn about different opportunities for recreating in, advocating for, and learning about the trees around them.
