All Planning permits must be submitted online and require a completed application form, submittal materials, and all formal applications require fee payment.

All applications require a property owner(s) signature. Electronic signatures are accepted.

Payment

The City currently accepts fee payment in any of the forms listed below.

  • Hardcopy Check made payable to the "City of Mountain View" and mailed to: Community Development Dept., First Floor, 500 Castro St, PO Box 7540, Mountain View, CA 94039-7540
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), E-Check, or Paypal, which can be collected over-the-phone or online with a convenience fee
