Discover your path to success! The View Teen Center and the Youth Advisory Committee are pleased to offer College Tours, Career-focused events, and a resource list of teen job opportunities in Mountain View and beyond. 

All teen career opportunities are free of cost to participants. Age limits vary depending on the program. See below for descriptions of each program and how you can register.


FREE Tutoring!

The View Teen Center partners with EduEquity, a volunteer-led non-profit organization that provides free tutoring opportunities for middle school students. 

The following subjects are available for tutoring:

  • Mathematics (Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus)
  • English (Writing, Vocabulary, Grammar, Reading, Analyzing literature)
  • Science (Middle-school science, Biology, Chemistry)
  • Mandarin Chinese

College Tours 

Join us on a trip to a local college campus and get a firsthand look at what college life is all about. You'll have the chance to see the campus and its facilities, meet current students and faculty, earn about academic programs and financial aid options, and get a taste of campus dining.
 
Held once a month September-November and January-March. 11th and 12th grade students only.
